Connor loves a good work out on the treadmill. He does this all the time and he is now a climbing monkey. He has begun to try and climb on just about everything within the house. Sorry, that means the dogs too. Both Bailey and Daisy still love him a lot. They are very tolerable of him and Connor gives them hugs all the time.

Smile, It's Monday!

Wow, Monday is here already. As I am sure just about all of you know, we had SNOW here on Friday. For our area we a nice bit of snow. Connor didn't care and he didn't notice anything different, except that he had to wear his marshmallow jacket. He was not too fond of the jacket, he cried when he had to sit in his carseat.

We have been rather busy with Cliff's schedule and time really flies by. This weekend I had the opportunity to snap a few photos. He was in rare form this weekend and he was rather silly as you can see below.

15 Month Check Up

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday Connor went to the Dr. for his 15 month check up. He is progressing as he should by hitting the milestones and he a healthy little (big) boy.

Weight: 25 lbs and 12 oz (68th percentile)

For the past few mornings it has been quite chilly. Connor loves to wear his sweatshirt and he especially loves the pockets. In these pictures you can see Connors "new" bruise on his forehead. He fell this weekend and bumped his head on the floor, poor baby.

Thanksgiving Party

On Friday, Connor had his Thanksgiving Party at school. Gran and Grandad were his guests and they all had a blast. Connor enjoyed the feast and pumpkin pie was his favorite. After the party he was dog tired. Gran and Grandad packed Connor up for an overnight stay at their house.

What A Week! Is It Friday Yet?

This week has been pretty hectic hence there being no time to take pictures to post to the blog.

Monday started off with getting a call at 3pm from Connor's school notifying me that he had a tempature of 103. As I left work I quickly called his Dr and they were able to squeeze us in to see the Dr at 4pm. Poor baby was so miserable and his cheeks were bright red from the fever. We saw the Dr and as I suspected he had an ear infection, not just one ear infection but a double ear infection. The Dr said that we caught the infection early, thank goodness.

Connor spent two days at Gran's house recovering and getting better. He was able to get some much needed rest and today is his first day back to school. Now that he is back to school he won't miss out on his Thanksgiving Party at school tomorrow. Gran and Grandad will be Connor's guests at the Party tomorrow. Connor will be able to show them around, hehehe.

To add to the craziness of the week, Cliff is now in full swing basketball mode. Which means long evenings and late nights for Cliff. Today is Thursday and Cliff hasn't seen Connor since Sunday. No wonder why Connor gets so upset when Cliff leaves to go anywhere on the weekend.

We are all adjusting to the new schedule and as long as Connor is on the mend everything is well in the Owens household.

It has become very challenging to take pictures of Connor. In the morning it is WAY TOOO early to take pictures and in the evening when I pick him up he is a mess from school. I snapped a few pictures while Connor was eating dinner. It was bath night therefore his hair is CRAZY. Before I took the picture I ran my hands through it and this is what it looked like.

This week is a big week for Connor, he went to school with NO bottles. He is down to two bottles a day. Connor was not to fond of the switch at first therefore it has taken us a lot longer to transition. He now loves his milk but he still LOVES his bottles. Yesterday in the evening I gave him a bottle and I thought he was going to fall over, he was so excited and he was crying at the same time.

Over the weekend Connor learned a few new things. He learned that 1) tupperware is the BEST toy 2) it echos when you yell into it 3) that we have a tupperware container large enough to fit over his melon. With his new found "talents" you will see Connor during one of his brightest moments. Enjoy!
