Guess Who's Back...

We are back from our vacation and we all had a great time. We had fun at the beach, hanging out in the lazy river with the kiddies, and eating lots of seafood...mmmmmm. While on vacation Connor had a few firsts, he get to ride in a shopping cart like a "big boy", he sat in a high chair at the restaurant, and he went to an Urgent Care Doctor.

Connor loved riding in the shopping cart. He was a good boy and he held on tight. He would even look into the cart to see what was in there.

When we went out to eat for dinner Connor got to sit in a high chair. He put on a show for everyone around. He had a lot of fun looking at all the people. Olivia shared some of her hot dog bun with Connor and he LOVED it. Olivia introduced Connor to a bunch of new foods.

Our poor baby boy still has an ear infection, during our vacation we had to visit an Urgent Care Doctor. He was not a happy camper but the doctor there was able to give him some more antibiotics. Today we went to his doctor for a check up and the status remains the same. He has gained weight, it must have been all the eating while on vacation as it happens to all of us. Connor now weighs 22.4 lbs.

We had so much fun on our vacation and I can't wait for the next one.

Getting Ready For Our Trip

Alright, it has been a little while since I posted. Here is what has been going on. Last week, Connor went for his 9 month well baby check up/ear check up. We found out that he still has the ear infection and he was prescribed some stronger antibiotics. Hopefully this will do the trick.

9 month stats:

Length: 29 3/4" (77th Percentile)

Weight: 21.6 lbs (61st Percentile)

P.S. I may be a little off with the percentiles I am doing this part from memory.

After our vacation we will go back for yet another check up and hopefully the ear infection will be completely gone.

We are packing and getting ready for our trip. We are excited to see everyone, it is going to be a lot of fun. Of course we will take lots of pictures, they will be posted after our trip.

Connor is a very, very, busy little boy right now. He is into everything and you can't turn your back for a minute or else he will have one of the dogs toys, pulling up on the diaper champ, or opening the cupboards, just to name a few. His teachers at school think that he may be walking soon and they are starting to prepare to transition him to the TODDLER room. Oh, boy, the toddler room. He already gets to hang out with the toddlers while at school. They let Connor visit with the "older" kids, hahahaha. He loves going for stroller rides with the kids from the toddler room.

As I posted earlier, Connor is getting two more teeth on the top and he has been busy trying to get them to come through his gums. He has found a "new" teething toy.

This past Sunday both Cliff and Connor took some time to relax on the couch. As you can see the girls took it easy too.

We Are All Better

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Connor and I are feeling much better. Connor has two more teeth coming in on the top, one on each side of his front teeth. He now has a grand total of EIGHT teeth. With all of his teeth is now on a biting spree. He is really trying out his teeth.

Sharing 101

Connor has learned to share but not in a good way. Connor has shared his germs with his mommy. Yucky, now we are both sick. Connor is starting to feel better though now that he has his medicine. I am resting and getting through it.

I took a few pictures of him the other day. I had to share the bruise that he had on his head. Now that he is getting into everything, he is trying to crawl onto some of the furniture. In his attempt he got a battle bruise. He is a true boy and this is only the beginning.

Icky, Icky

Connor is sick. This weekend Connor had a fever and today we took him to the doctor. As we suspected Connor has an ear infection, poor baby. It seems as thoough he has a routine, he is sick right before one of his milestone check ups. We were supposed to go to the doctors on Thursday but he got sick before. He is now on the road to recover with an antibiotic. Next week or so we will go back t the doctors for his 9 month check up and at that time we will get all of his stats. One thing I do know is that he weighs 21lbs and 3oz.
